The QDMS enables members to promptly address customer queries arising from transactions initiated on the Zimswitch network. This system assists members in resolving disputed transactions resulting from issues such as fraud, technical errors, dissatisfaction, or customers not receiving a product or service. 

Queries are resolved in line with the Zimswitch Query resolution and Liability Shift Rules. Queries are raised and resolved within 48 hours, where members fail to align, Zimswitch steps in and arbitrates on the query.
