ZEEPAY is an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) solution which facilitates the interchange of credit and debit interbank payments. The ZEEPAY EFT Credits payment stream allows for processing of single and bulk credit funds transfers (e.g. salaries, pensions, trade payments, insurance premiums, tax payments etc.
Organisations and individuals can use this solution to make single and bulk payments to suppliers, salary payments and other general payments. Work is currently underway to facilitate interbank debit order collections.

Cost effectiveness – ZEEPAY is a low-cost platform for processing of interbank bulk corporate payments.
Efficient payment processing – ZEEPAY facilitates Straight-Through Processing of payments.
Security – The ZEEPAY standard offering supports multi-factor authentication during login. Access privileges and mandates to the transacting accounts is role-based. The solution supports simple and complex signatory arrangements.
Unified payment platform – ZEEPAY supports a multi-banked customer to make payments from various banks on one platform through a single sign on.
Effective reconciliation: ZEEPAY provides reports that can be used for reconciliation, query resolution and more insightful decision making by the customers.
ZEEPAY is offered through Zimswitch Member banks. The banks will ask you to fill in a customer registration form. The standard ZEEPAY offering provides for system access via a web browser, making use of the link provided during registration. The system is also accessible through customised integrations for selected cases.
